2) Age requirement (17+)
The Services are intended for users aged 17 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 17. If you believe a user under 17 has provided personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

We collect information in three main ways: (A) information you provide, (B) information collected automatically, and (C) information collected with your permission.
3.1 Information you provide (Account & Support)

- Customer support content (e.g., messages, attachments, and information you choose to share when contacting support)
3.2 Information collected automatically (Device, Usage, Diagnostics)
- Device information (e.g., device model, operating system version, language, app version, identifiers as permitted by your device settings)
- Usage statistics (e.g., feature usage, in-app interactions, performance metrics)
- Crash logs and diagnostic data
3.3 Location information (only with your permission)
If you grant permission, we may collect location information that may be precise or approximate depending on your device settings. You can disable location access at any time in your device settings.
3.4 Photos, images, and faces
Blekira is designed to help you capture and plan portrait photography. Depending on how you use the Services, you may import or capture photos and add tags/notes.
- No biometric identification: We do not perform facial recognition and we do not create or use biometric identifiers/templates.
- One-time processing & deletion: When you use a feature that requires server-side processing, your uploaded images (and any text you provide for that processing) are processed one-time and then deleted as described in Section 8.
- Default local storage: Your Lookbook archive is designed to be stored locally by default.
- No training/marketing use: Your photos and related content are not used to train models and are not used for advertising/marketing.
5) How we use information
We use information for the following purposes:
- Provide and maintain the Services
- Personalize your experience (e.g., preferences, saved settings)
- Improve and develop the Services (e.g., performance, reliability, usability)
- Security, fraud prevention, and abuse protection
- Customer support and communications
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms
We do not sell personal information.
6) Legal bases (where applicable)
Depending on your location, we process personal information under one or more of the following legal bases:
- Performance of a contract (to provide the Services you request)
- Consent (e.g., location access; optional processing uploads)
- Legitimate interests (e.g., improving and securing the Services), balanced against your rights
- Legal obligation (where required by law)
8) Optional server-side / AI-assisted features (if enabled by you)
Blekira may offer optional features that use automated or AI-assisted processing to help generate or preview creative results (for example, applying style templates, composition adjustments, or lighting effects).
User control:
- You control whether to upload images/text for such processing. If you choose not to upload, you can continue using local features.
Processing location and sharing:
- Any images or text you upload for these features are processed on servers operated by us (or on our behalf) and are not shared with any third-party AI model providers or third parties for their own purposes.
- We do not use your uploaded content to train models.
Deletion after processing:
- After processing is completed, we delete the uploaded images/text from our processing servers as soon as reasonably possible, unless you request otherwise or we are required to retain it by law.
9) Data security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information, including:
- Encryption in transit and at rest (where applicable)
- Access controls and least-privilege practices
- Regular security reviews/audits
- Backup and recovery practices
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10) Data retention
We retain information as follows (unless a longer period is required by law):
- Account information: for the duration of your account.
- After account deletion: we delete or anonymize personal information within 30 days.
- Usage statistics and diagnostics: up to 12 months.
- Customer support records: up to 6 months.
We may retain de-identified or aggregated data longer for analytics and improvement.
11) Your rights and choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights to:
- Access and obtain a copy of your personal information
- Correct inaccurate information
- Delete personal information
- Restrict or object to certain processing
- Withdraw consent (where processing is based on consent)
